CLIENT CONSENT FOR THE ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX (ELI) ASSESSMENT

By taking the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment you consent to the following:
 
Introduction
You are invited to complete the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, provided by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) , an organization based in the United States. The results of this assessment will be used as part of our coaching process to provide you with insights into your leadership energy and personal development.

This explains how your personal data related to the ELI Assessment will be processed and what you consent to when you take the ELI Assessment.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
When you participate in the ELI Assessment, your responses will be collected and processed by iPEC to generate a report summarizing your results. This report will be made available to you and your coach at myCALMOFFICE, who will interpret your results as part of the coaching process.

3. Data Processing and Storage
Your assessment responses will be processed and stored by iPEC on servers in the United States.
myCALMOFFICE does not store or process your raw data but only the final report created by iPEC.
Your assessment results will be used exclusively for coaching purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for processing your data is:
Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)): The assessment is an essential part of your coaching engagement.
Explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a)): Since the ELI Assessment provides insights into personality, emotions, and leadership behavior, we require your explicit consent to proceed.
Please note that the ELI assessment asks for some demographic data at the end of the Assessment  such as gender,  age, country of residence. These questions can change by the provider iPEC and these questions are voluntary to be filled. 

5. International Data Transfers
Since iPEC is based in the United States, your data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). While the U.S. does not have an adequacy decision under GDPR, iPEC may implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. By taking part in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI), you acknowledge and accept that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with iPEC’s privacy policy.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of your assessment report.
Correction: Request corrections for inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request the deletion of your assessment results, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
Objection and Restriction: Object to processing or request processing limitations.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time before taking the assessment. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

7. Consent Declaration
By taking the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) I confirm that:

✅ I understand the purpose of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and its use for my coaching.

✅ I acknowledge that my data will be collected and processed by iPEC (USA) and that my assessment report will be shared with myCALMOFFICE  for coaching purposes.

✅ I consent to the international transfer of my data to the United States and am aware of the associated risks.

✅ I am aware of my rights under GDPR and understand how to exercise them.

✅ I voluntarily give my explicit consent to proceed with the assessment.
